1. Services Description
TopickX provides multi-platform marketing services including:
- Landing page slots with limited competition (15 businesses maximum)
- Advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
- Cross-platform tracking and retargeting
- Performance analytics and reporting
- Account management support
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and operating a legitimate business providing accurate information.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Service Plans and Billing
- Fees are charged according to your selected plan.
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
5. Content and Listings
You must provide accurate business information, high-quality images, and truthful descriptions. You may not include false, misleading, illegal, or offensive content. You grant TopickX a non-exclusive license to use your content for providing services and marketing purposes.
6. Landing Page Placement
Each landing page features exactly 15 businesses to maintain quality and reduce competition. We curate pages with complementary businesses. Listings may rotate for fairness.
7. Advertising and Marketing
All advertising must comply with Google and Meta policies and applicable laws. We do not guarantee specific lead numbers, conversion rates, or ROI.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopickX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
